As I read today’s blog posts the emotion I’m experiencing is AWE: at the dedication, perseverance, honesty and love shown in the last 3 weeks of this challenge. As we approach week 4 armed with the newly branded Warrior 10 (Emotionasana!), it feels kind of like we’re coming to the end of bootcamp and preparing for our regular tour of duty in the world.
In keeping with the mundane realities of the world, yesterday I woke up with a bad cold, which kept getting worse. Being sick and feeling pathetic is good to work: compassion towards myself is a very new skill for me.
