The best part about this meditation challenge was all of you. Meeting each other on Sundays or just in passing, seeing how each others’ practice is doing, and the hugs. It’s amazing how an individual practice can be so much supported by a community.
In our yoga asana classes, there’s always something really nice when everyone is united together as one in movement and breath. I feel the same thing as we all moved through this meditation challenge together united in struggle and breath.
Yesterday as I waited for Gentle Marvin’s Wednesday evening class to get started, a bunch of us started talking about the blog, our meditation experience, work, physical pain, sobbing, and George Bush. It was a great conversation and nice to connect with people who knew what it meant to say that “week 3 was bad”.
Thank you everyone to the support and being so open.
